MIDF’s Development Finance Division promotes the development of the services and industrial sector in Malaysia through the provision of financing for Malaysian enterprises. The Amanah International Finance (AIF) provides mezzanine financing which is a hybrid of debt and equity. Mezzanine Financing is able to accommodate a wider scope of financing with attractive features that would help accelerate business growth performance. The product is offered to property developers, manufacturing and services sectors.

 

The SMEEF was established to assist small and medium enterprises (SMEs) which had their business adversely affected by natural disasters. This Fund provides soft loan financing for purchases of machinery and equipment, refurbishment of premises, and working capital requirements such as purchases of raw materials and consumables.

Items eligible for financing:

  • Machinery and equipment
  • Refurbishment of business premises
  • Working capital such as for purchases of raw materials and consumables

 

Target Group:

Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs)

 

Cost: Interest / Profit Rate of 3% per annum on yearly rest.
